- The demo is free and carries no obligation to buy.
- It is a live, guided session on our cloud (online or by screen-share), usually scheduled within 1 business day of your request.
- During the demo we confirm and record your requirements in writing — number of users, software and version, companies, printing and devices.
- These written requirements are the "agreed requirements" used for the refund assurance.
- You can test with sample data; please do not upload live company data until you have ordered.
✅ Full-refund assurance
- If the service does not meet the agreed requirements, you get a refund of 100% of the plan amount you paid.
- Raise the request within 7 days of service activation by support ticket or email to Sales@stgscloud.com, describing the issue.
- Our team first gets a fair chance to fix the issue; if it cannot be resolved, the refund is approved.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days of approval.
- Not covered: software licence cost, issues caused by your own internet connection or local devices, requirements not stated during the demo, and change of mind after the refund window.

Common questions
Do I need to buy a new Tally, Busy or Marg licence?
No. You use your existing licence. We install it on your cloud server and help activate it. For multi-user access you need the multi-user edition of your software.
Can I use it on my phone or a Mac?
Yes. You connect with a free remote desktop app available for Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone/iPad.
Will you move my existing company data?
Yes. We migrate your existing company data to the cloud server as part of setup.
Can I print invoices on my local printer?
Yes, local printing works through the remote connection. Tell us about any special printers (barcode, dot-matrix) during the demo so we can confirm it.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your server runs in our data centre in India, protected by a firewall. Only the users you create can log in, and backups go to Google Drive.
Can I upgrade to more users later?
Yes. You can move to a larger plan as your team grows — contact us and we'll upgrade your server.
How do I claim the refund if it doesn't work for me?
Within 7 days of activation, raise a support ticket or email Sales@stgscloud.com explaining which agreed requirement isn't being met. If we can't fix it, we refund the full plan amount. See the terms above.
